My family and friends mean the world to me. And my heart belongs to the lights of my life, my wonderfully supportive husband and my two Goldendoodle angels, Peylan and Cash. 

I’m the proud owner of Diamonds All-Stars Cheerleading and Tumbling in Knoxville, Tennessee, and so much of my life and heart is dedicated to my athletes and teams. 

My dream has always been to create a place for women to feel welcome and seen…A place to be yourself and feel the same freedom and safety we feel when we’re sitting with our very best friend. A place for friendship and building community. Nothing lights me up more than seeing women happy, confident, and believing in themselves. And that’s where “This is for Us” was born…
